Session 1: The Basics of Strength Training – Starting Stronger Together

In this session, we will lay the foundations for your strength training together. You will learn the basics of strength training, including the exercises that work best to develop physical strength. We’ll work together on proper techniques to prevent injury and increase the effectiveness of your workouts.

Session 2: Building Strength – Improving and Moving Forward Together

In this session, you will focus together on improving your technique and building strength. You will learn why progressive overload is essential and how you can support each other to get stronger without going over your limits.

Session 3: Mental Focus and Concentration – The Secret to Joint Success

This session focuses on developing mental resilience together. Physical strength is only one side of the coin, but staying mentally strong is just as important. We introduce techniques to improve your concentration and optimize your performance together.

Session 4: Visualization Techniques and Mindset Strategies for Two

In this session, we work with visualization techniques and mindset strategies that you can use to break through both physical and mental barriers. Together, you will learn how to harness the power of positive thoughts to reach your goals faster.

Session 5: Sustainability and Recovery – Sustaining Strength and Focus Long-term

In this session, we focus on recovery strategies and finding the right balance between training and rest. You will learn how to develop sustainable habits together to stay powerful and focused for the long term.

Session 6: Motivation and Perseverance – Staying Successful Together

In this session, we develop joint motivation and perseverance strategies that help you to always persevere, even when the going gets tough. We make sure you maintain the discipline to keep pursuing your goals.

Session 7: Integration into Daily Life – Strength and Focus Outside the Gym

This session will help you seamlessly integrate the strength training and focus you have built into your daily life. We’ll look at strategies to stay consistent and further expand your mental and physical progress.

Session 8: Evaluation and Further Goals – Together to the Next Step

In the final session, we evaluate your progress and set new goals for the future. We make sure that you and your coach have a concrete plan to continue and develop your success.
