Session 1: The Basics of Strength Training – Physical Growth and Progress

In this session, we lay the foundations for your strength training. You will learn the basics of strength training, including the exercises that work best to develop your physical strength. We’ll cover the major muscle groups and proper techniques to prevent injury and maximize the effectiveness of your workouts.

Session 2: Building Your Strength – Technique and Progression

In this session you will focus on improving your technique and learn why progressive overload is essential for increasing your strength. You will gain insight into how to build your workouts and challenge yourself without going over your limits.

Session 3: Mental Focus and Concentration – The Secret to Success

This session focuses on developing your mental resilience. Physical strength is only one side of the coin, but developing a strong mind is just as important. We introduce techniques to improve your concentration and optimize your performance.

Session 4: Visualization Techniques and Mindset Strategies.

In this session, you will learn techniques such as visualization and mindset strategies to make you mentally stronger. You will learn to challenge yourself and develop beliefs that will help you achieve your goals.

Session 5: Recovery and Sustainability – The Importance of Rest

In this session, we focus on the recovery process. We explain why rest is just as important as training. You’ll learn about the role of sleep, nutrition and active recovery to best support your body.

Session 6: Nutrition and Training – The Importance of Balance

You’ll gain insight into how nutrition can support your training. We’ll cover the basics of a balanced diet and how to align your nutrition with your training goals.

Session 7: Active Recovery and Stretching – Improve Your Flexibility

We cover active recovery strategies such as mobility exercises and stretching to prevent injury and improve your flexibility. This session will help you incorporate recovery and flexibility into your routine.

Session 8: Sustainable Performance – How to Stay Concentrated.

This session focuses on developing sustainable habits that will help you not only become physically stronger, but also stay mentally focused. We will discuss techniques to maintain your concentration and ensure your long-term success.

In this session you will learn how to maintain your motivation and discipline. We’ll cover strategies for maintaining your motivation and planning your workouts to stay consistent with your goals.

In the final session, we look to the future. We help you create a plan to maintain your achieved results and continue to grow. You will learn how to continue to integrate your training and focus into your daily life and continue your success.
