This group coaching offers the opportunity to grow with others in both physical strength and mental focus. Group sessions are supported by online guidance, informational documents and weekly coaching around nutrition and lifestyle. You will be part of a community working together for health and wellness!

The “Strength and Focus” group coaching program is designed for people who want to work on their physical and mental strength in a group. The group dynamic provides powerful support, motivation and sharing of experiences so you can grow together toward a healthier, more powerful life.

Session 1: Starting Together – Group Strength and Basics of Strength Training.

In this first group session, we will lay the groundwork for strength training, focusing on key exercises and techniques appropriate for all group members. Together we will learn how to prevent injury and train effectively for maximum results.

Session 2: Group Support and Technique Improvement – Stronger Together

In this session, we will explore improving techniques and strengthening group dynamics. The power of the group comes to the fore as we help each other improve and increase our strength, with extra attention to progressive overload.

Session 3: Mental Focus and Group Energy – Staying Focused Together

In this session, we focus on strengthening mental focus within the group. We introduce techniques that help group members focus better and stick to their goals, which positively affects group energy.

Session 4: Visualization and Group Mindset – Powerful and Focused as a Team

This session focuses on applying visualization techniques and mindset strategies within the group. By visualizing together, we strengthen everyone’s positive mindset, leading to stronger, collective focus and success.

Session 5: Sustainability and Recovery – Staying Powerful Together

In this session, we look at recovery strategies and how to find the right balance between training and rest as a group. Endurance is essential for long-term success, and together we will learn how to maintain that balance.

Session 6: Group Motivation and Perseverance – Always Keep Going Together

This session focuses on strengthening group motivation and perseverance. Together, we ensure that no one is left behind and that everyone keeps pushing forward, no matter what difficulties we face. Together, we stay motivated!

Session 7: Integrating Group Strength into Daily Life – Strength and Focus Outside Training

In this session, we ensure that the strength and focus we have built as a group is effectively integrated into our daily lives. The focus is on maintaining momentum and implementing healthy habits outside of training sessions.

Session 8: Evaluation and Group Goals – Growing Further Together

In the final session, we evaluate the group’s progress and set new shared goals. Together, we ensure that everyone continues to grow and that we continue to work together for long-term success.
